I am the manager for a girls Club soccer team in Western Pennsylvania. It requires constant communication with family members, club officials and tournament directors alike. In an effort to “streamline” emails and texting it was suggested to me that we have a team site developed that could handle everything ‘soccer’ in a way that is convenient for individual families. Daniel was referred to me by the commercial Real Estate company called Star Realty.

I was amazed at how quickly Daniel came up with a design that would stay within our budget and deliver information at a moment’s notice. Now, instead of sending hundreds of individual emails and fielding questions in duplicate I can simply post a news event to the site and the ‘site’ will email all our contacts letting them know about changes and additions to our schedules as well as handling all field directions to the many venues we frequent each season. We are looking forward to our second season using the site, and will add a ‘blog’ feature so that the kids can post notes to each other, track juggling plateaus and any other funny thing that comes to mind. What more can we say than we are absolutely delighted with our upgraded website. Daniel was an absolute pleasure to work with: he listened carefully to what we wanted and then created a website that did precisely all that we required and more.

Our previous online shop was difficult for customers to navigate round and we had no direct control over the site. After discussing this with Daniel he set up a Magento powered shop that we could entirely operate ourselves – adding new items and collections as we wanted to over time, setting discount codes, changing and updating our promoted items etc.

And he made it easy for us to be able to do this. He was simply excellent at explaining things so there was absolutely no “oh dear, what do we do now” after the hand-over. We had comprehensive notes on how to operate our new website and the experience to do this. I’m sure many other web designers would not have spared the time to provide such comprehensive “how to do” notes and we have found these invaluable. They have made the experience of self-managing our online shop really easy in fact.

The new site looks fantastic as well. Daniel has a great eye for design and his attention to detail mirrored our own so it was really straight-forward to get the site looking how we wanted.
